Managing a gaming event for Fiat during the Ramadan period would have been impossible without the immersive experience provided by WhatsApp. We leveraged WhatsApp’s conversational capabilities to streamline the event's registration process, engage participants, and provide real-time updates. Through an interactive chatbot, participants were able to easily sign up, receive event details, and stay engaged with personalized notifications, ensuring smooth event flow and increased participation. The WhatsApp-powered solution also allowed Fiat to maintain a direct and efficient line of communication with participants, enhancing both their experience and brand interaction.
