For a coaching and wellbeing project, we developed a demo that showcased how WhatsApp chatbots can play a pivotal role in the coaching and support process. By integrating Ashnoo’s technology, we enabled seamless communication between clients and coaches via WhatsApp, offering an accessible, personalized approach to coaching. The chatbot was designed to facilitate check-ins, schedule sessions, provide mental health tips, track progress, and offer immediate responses to frequently asked questions. This solution not only improved the overall experience for users but also streamlined the workflow for coaches, allowing them to focus on providing value while automating routine tasks. The result was a more efficient, effective, and scalable coaching process, enhancing wellbeing and client satisfaction.
