We developed a demonstration showing how a traditional banner ad can be elevated with a built-in chatbot, creating a more interactive and efficient user journey. When users clicked on the banner hosted on a publisher's website, they were greeted with an embedded chatbot designed to provide instant information, answer questions, and qualify leads directly on the site. Once engaged, the chatbot seamlessly redirected the most interested users to the advertiser’s WhatsApp platform for deeper interaction or conversion. This approach maximizes ad efficiency by transforming passive impressions into active conversations while reducing friction in the user journey, ensuring higher engagement and conversion rates for the advertiser.
