We developed a demo for the Azura Foundation showcasing how a WhatsApp chatbot can efficiently handle assistance requests from individuals in need during events. The solution streamlines the process by allowing users to submit their requests, track their status, and receive updates directly through WhatsApp. This innovative approach ensures timely responses while reinforcing the foundation's commitment to supporting communities effectively.
